Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that new hires who come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are more cost-effective recruits.
That's where you come in! If you know someone who would be a good addition to you may be awarded a referral bonus based on refering a candidate and he or she is hired.

Payout timeframe (subject to tax, withholdings):
- 1/3 Paid out immediately upon hire date
- 1/3 paid out 6 months of employment
- 1/3 paid out at 1 year of employment.
Employee must still be employeed at each checkpoint to get awared)
- Patient Coordinators: $500
- Collections/Insurance: $500
- Dental Assistant 1: $750
- Dental Assistant 2: $1500
- Dental Hygienists: $5500
- Asst. Office Manager: $500
- Office Manager: $1000
- Dentists: $7500
Employees must refer candidates to Human Resources through the employee referral program form below.
Program Rules
- Must meet our company culture #togetherwesmile (engaged and motivated to help co-workers and patients smile!)
- temporary, contract and former employees are not eligible candidates for referral
- Must attach copy of resume and complete the form
- The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring emloyee eligible for payment
- All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with our organization's policies, procedures, and all information regarding hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.

Program Process
- Employee completes form
- form is submitted to Human Resources
- Human Resources or Office Manager phone screens candidate
- Candidate brough in for interview/working interview
- If hired, Employee is informed by Office Manager/Human Resources that they will be receiving bonus.
- HR will submit PAF through payroll system
