Cancellation and Missed Appointments: We value the time we have set aside to see and treat you. Appointments that are cancelled without a 48 hour notice will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee for House Call appointments and $50 fee for Telemedicine appointments. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hour business day notice may incur a $150 fee for House Call appointments and $79 fee for Telemedicine appointments.
Patient Running Late: If you are late for your appointment (>15 minutes), we will do our best to accommodate you. However, on certain days it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Provider Running Late: On our end, we strive to minimize any appointment delays; however, emergencies do occur and will take priority over a scheduled visit. We appreciate your understanding.
Phone Call Policy: We encourage patients to call the office during regular business hours (M-F, 9AM-5PM) with questions following their visit. Due to time constraints, phone calls longer than 5 minutes in length regarding existing care will be billed as a phone consultation based on complexity and time. Phone calls of any length covering new symptoms will be billed as a new phone cosultation which is $79.
