BESTFit Exercise Plan @ BestHealth

To participate in the BestFIT exercise plan, you must be a member of the BestHealth Wellbeing Program @ Baptist, which means you must meet the following criteria:

1. Must be currently enrolled in the BCBS medical insurance plan.

2. Must have an active online inHealth Wellbeing account with BestHealth.

3. Must have completed the current program year online health risk questionnaire, which is July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.

4. Must have completed the current program year biometric screening, which is July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.

A Wellbeing Specialist from the BestHealth Wellbeing Program @ Baptist will contact you via email to request a day and time for a 10-15 minute Q & A phone conversation. During this conversation, the Wellbeing Specialist will ask about your past and present exercise history, current medical history, and fitness goals, which is vital in effectively designing your personalized exercise plan. After this conversation, the Wellbeing Specialist will email you an informed consent/waiver of liability form to be signed, dated and emailed back for participation in your BESTFit exercise plan. Once received, the Wellbeing Specialist will design your personalized exercise plan through the Exercise Pro Live software.
