• SAFE PROGRAM

  • SAFE offers youth who are experiencing housing instability a place to get the extra help they may need. This includes youth who have alternative, unpredictable or inconsistent housing.

    Connect with other young people experiencing similar

    challenges, receive support from well-trained adults and mentors, and learn about and connect to community resources.

     

    SAFE offers:

    Help with basic needs (food, shelter, clothing, etc)
    Support with education and training
    Help with transitioning to college,
    trade school and/or career

    Coaching to build any needed skills
    to live independently

    Physical health and mental wellness counseling
