All sessions are held virtually on the dates and times of the series you select. You will be emailed information regarding picking up your book and other materials prior to your group start date. You will also be emailed links to join the sessions. All emails come from an @gibnc.net, @strivemd.com, or @tcc4change.com domain. Please be sure to check your spam.

Please see "Financial Policy", on our website forms tab, for fee information, accepted methods of payment, and other financial information before submitting this form. Cancellation: A minimum of 6 participants are required to run any given group, should we not meet this requirement you will be notified of its cancellation.
Should you decide to cancel your participation in this series please do so no later than 2 business days before the first session, as we are only able to have up to 15 participants in any one group. We will only be running one group at a time, so there may be people waiting to get into the series you are canceling. Please email us if you have any questions or need to cancel your enrollment.
If you miss a session due to extenuating circumstances you may be required to schedule a follow-up appointment, these consultations are subject to practitioner fees for service, prior to my next session.
