Please know that generally, we use email to request additional information when needed, let you know of an opening (or we may call), or if we need to communicate quickly with you.
However, you have chosen to not receive email from us. That is perfectly fine, and we respect your choice. But, please know that we will only contact you by phone:
a) When a clinician who may be a good match for has an opening that will match your needs, or b) If we are unable to be of help, and we have permission to leave a detailed message by phone.
This is because we receive many calls for appointments. We also need a fair amount of information so we can determine if we can be of help. Trying to get this information through phone calls actually slows the process way down. So, using our online form and email to respond allows us to get as much information as possible, and respond quickiy, so you know what you can expect.
You can expect that the wait for appointments will be longer for: child-pre-teen and younger teen appointments, when there are limited times available for you to schedule an appointment, and when you need appointments during the later afternoon (our busiest time of the day).
