  • CONTACT INFORMATION:

Please enter your information, even if you are contacting us about someone elese.
  •  - -
  • We will be unable to respond to your request, unless we are allowed to contact you!  Please choose again.

  • You have chosen to ONLY allow us to contact you by phone, leaving a very limited message.  While we will respect your wishes, this is going to make it more difficult for us to communicate with you.

It is likely that this choice will make the wait time longer.

  •

You have chosen to restrict messaging from us.  We respect your choice.

    Generally, we use email to:

    • Request additional information
    • Let you know if we can or cannot be of help.

However, you have chosen to not receive email from us.  That is perfectly fine, and we respect your choice.  What you can expect:

We will only contact you if:
         a) A clinician who may be a good match for you has an opening, or
         b) We are unable to be of help, and we have permission to leave a detailed message by phone.

If your schedule is very limited and/or you are only available during the later afternoons/evenings, your wait time will likely be much longer.    You should probably keep looking for a clinician while you wait to hear back from us.

We strongly encourage you to contact us monthly to stay on the priority waitlist. After 90 days without contact, we may move your name to our inactive list.

You can contact us via our website.

  • WHO ARE YOU CONTACTING US ABOUT?

  • SERVICES:

*NOTE. We might be able to help with treatment that is court-ordered, but we do not provide court-related evaluations/reports of any kind (except to confirm attendance in treatment), chemical dependency evaluations or treatment, or formal anger management programs. In the case of parenting plan/custody disputes: We have very limited ability to provided counseling services for children in these situations. In this situation, a staff member will discuss the situation further with you to determine if we are able to accept the case. We are unable to provide any kind of evaluations, treatment reports, or recommendations for custody/parenting plan disputes.
  • ABOUT COUPLE'S COUNSELING:
We have very limited availability for couple's counseling currently.  As such, we encourage you to continue your search for a counselor while you wait to hear back from us.
Using insurance for couple's counseling?  Health insurance plans do not always cover couple's therapy.  When healthplans do cover it, they pay only when there is a diagnosed mental health condition in the person covered by the health plan, and the couple's therapy can be reasonably expected to help treat the condition.  Check with your healthplan to see if this counseling is a covered benefit. Your counselor can help determine if there is a condition that will meet insurance requirements for coverage.

If your healthplan denies payment for Couple's Counseling, you will be responsible for the fees.

  • ABOUT USING INSURANCE FOR FAMILY COUNSELING:
