Peer Recovery Support Specialist Training Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Peer Recovery Specialist! This training is designed for individuals in recovery who are interested in using their lived experience to support others on their recovery journey and meets one of the requirements towards becoming certified as a peer in Minnesota and building a career as a CPRS. Please complete the following application and submit on or before the application deadline for the training you are applying for.
Tech Requirements and Materials needed

Because this training will be hosted virtually, there are some personal items needed in order to participate.

Access to the following materials is required to take this virtual training:

-            Laptop (or Computer/Tablet/etc) to join the training.
(Mobile devices CAN work, but make things significantly more difficult.)

-            Functioning communication hardware (speakers/microphone) on joining-device.

-            Access to internet/wifi.

-            Notebook (or second screen/device) for note-taking.

-            Quiet/private room to join the meeting from.
