Before we meet, I want you to understand exactly what you're signing up for and why this matters. Please watch the short video below.

Here's what happens next:
- Right now (5 minutes): Tell me your name, contact info, upload a photo, and pay the $150 fee for your Get Acquainted Visit.
- Right after you submit: You'll receive an email with a link to your Clinical History form. That form is more detailed (~30 minutes) and gives me the foundation for our visit. I personally read every word before we meet.
- Within 1–2 business days after you submit your Clinical History: You'll receive a personal email from me with articles I've selected for your specific situation, plus a link to schedule your Get Acquainted Visit.
- At your visit: We'll spend 30 focused minutes together. By that point, I already know your story.
The $150 fee is nonrefundable because the prep work happens whether or not you make it to the visit.
