Powerful forms for government

It took us about a week to transition from paper to electronic forms. Using electronic forms has allowed us to accomplish a much higher workload with our limited resources.

If someone needs IT help, they just submit a form. We use Digest Emails to view daily summaries of the incoming tickets and triage requests as they come in.

We use Jotform online forms for our open enrollment process. It has consistently helped us eliminate over 700 paper enrollment forms each year.

The team is using the calendar function in Jotform Tables like a miniature customer relationship management (CRM) tool. It’s increased their efficiency tremendously.

The Smart PDF builder is very helpful because the courts need the online petition to look exactly like the print petition. The only difference is that everything is typed in the online forms. The judges love that they no longer have to read handwritten petitions because they rely on that information to make their decisions. If they can’t decipher the written description of the abuse, the relief may be delayed.

Jotform Teams makes it easier to maintain our documents in one place versus each team member having their forms and documents in their own separate folders. It's going to save a lot of time.

Using Jotform’s PDF Editor, we can create digital versions of paper forms required by the government to track immunizations, secure time-stamped signatures from parents, nursing staff, and school staff, and keep it all within our registration process. If an audit is required, our nursing staff can easily download or print all necessary data from Jotform. It’s saved a ton of time.

We use a complex workflow for our public safety referral program. After employees submit a form, it automatically flows to HR for approval. We’ve also built a probation period into the workflow, automatically reminding employees to complete the form after a certain period of time.
