- I understand that my image, voice, and name may be used in whole or in part and may be edited, copied, distributed, and displayed by the company without any compensation to me.
- I acknowledge that company will be the sole owner of the copyright of the video content and that I will have no claim to any ownership or royalties from the use of my image, voice, and name.
- I also understand that my participation in any video production is completely voluntary, and I release the company, its employees, agents, and assigns from any liability arising out of the use of my image, voice, and name in any video production.
- I have read this document, fully understand its contents, and agree to its terms.
