The poster explains - in many languages - how the applicant can APPLY or UPDATE using their smartphone or a computer. Be sure to put the poster in a location every walk-in applicant will see.
If possible, save the Application and Update Form on your computer network.
Make a few copies togive out, but point out the Scan Code to applicants and explain the benefits of filling out the app on the phone or computer.
Give out the business cards in the appropriate language along with the paper application: some applicants may insist on paper but then change their minds after they leave your office.
