Hunting Permission Slip Template

1. The permission granted is only for the specific dates and location(s) specified in writing by the landowner. No hunting is permitted outside of these dates or locations.
2. The permission is non-transferable, and only the individual(s) listed in the permission agreement are authorized to hunt on the specified property.
3. Hunting is only permitted for the species and with the equipment outlined in the permission agreement. The use of any other equipment or hunting of any other species is strictly prohibited.
4. The landowner assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of hunting on their property. The hunter assumes all risk and liability for their actions while on the property.
5. The landowner reserves the right to revoke hunting permission at any time and for any reason. Any violations of these terms and conditions may result in the immediate revocation of hunting permission.
6. By signing this agreement, the hunter acknowledges that they have read and agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth above.

By signing below, the undersigned hunter/sportsperson is permitted by the landowner to perform the activities indicated in this document.
